For 14 years, ARISTA Wedding Catering has created beautiful weddings and wedding receptions in the Seattle area. Our wedding reception buffet and dinner menus are examples of some of our most popular menus.
Your wedding reception price will vary with the location, the duration of your reception and seasonal food costs. You should also factor in our price of staffing, equipment rental, our 18% service charge and sales tax. Professional staff charges are in addition to menu pricing. As a rule, each staff member will range from about $150.00 for an afternoon reception, to $175.00 or more for longer events. The itemized estimate that you receive from our wedding planner will detail the labor costs and how many servers you will need as well as the other costs for your wedding reception.
We provide a full array of additional catering services. Items such as china, silverware, tables, chairs, linens, chair covers and more are available through ARISTA Wedding Catering. For outdoor weddings, we will gladly coordinate the tent rental at no charge. We are unable to purchase alcohol for you; however, we will guide you in recommending the quantities that you should budget for your reception. This is a complimentary service we provide. We always have trained bartenders available to host your bar.

As a special send off, you will receive a beautiful fruit and champagne basket with other special treats to help cap off your very important day.

We reserve the right to change this price any time up until we accept a wedding catering deposit. Once you reach an agreement with our Seattle wedding planner and we accept a deposit, we will not change the price. We are a wedding caterer based in Seattle and we service the greater King County, Snohomish County and Pierce County area. This price will change for a wedding reception outside this Seattle tri-county area.
